  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is not permitted.

4. Free and Paid Plans

  • Free plan: includes 3 bathroom design generations at no cost.
  • Pro Monthly: $9.99/month for unlimited designs.
  • Pro Yearly: $59.99/year for unlimited designs (save 50%).
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely through Polar.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time.
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase.

6. User Content

  • You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them for generating your designs.
  • AI-generated designs are provided for your personal or professional use.
  • You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • We may use anonymized design outputs to improve our AI models and showcase in our gallery, unless you opt out.

7. Prohibited Use

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the underlying AI models.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
  • Circumvent usage limits through multiple accounts.

8. Disclaimers

  • AI-generated designs are visualizations for inspiration and planning, not professional architectural blueprints.
  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for any decisions or expenses incurred based on AI-generated designs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Bathroom Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
